S108X Series The S108X Series is 1U 8-bay rackmountable solution with a dual
mini-SAS connection, providing high performance JBOD storage. Utilizing high bandwidth
mini-SAS cabling, the S108X supports SAS or SATA hard drives to deliver superior
read / write speeds that are crucial in performance-driven environments such as
video editing industry and server application. Two mini-SAS ports combine eight
hard drive connections into two cables, and reduce possible points of failures while
preserving uninterrupted data transfer. The S108X also supports SATA and SAS drives,
allowing users to have the option to choose between high performance and high capacity
storage solutions. Hard drive and RAID controller bundle options are available.
When utilizing a SAS or SATA RAID controller, the unit could effortlessly support
multi-streaming of compressed high-quality playback or a single-stream of uncompressed
10-bit high definition video under various RAID modes.

S212X6 - 2U 12 Bay Rackmount SAS/SATA to SAS JBOD with SAS Expander
The S212X6 is a 2U rack-mountable SAS JBOD rackmount for high capacity storage
solution. Utilizing the latest SAS technology, S212X6 provide SAS host to 12 high
performance SAS hard drive or high capacity SATA drive. Unlike other enclosure SAS
Expander product in the market, S212X6 supports SES enclosure management via in-band
connection with different RAID controller. Your data is protected by RAID protection
provided by LSI, 3ware, Intel, Dell, ATTO, Areca or Adaptec SAS RAID controller
to ensure the performance and redundancy. Redundancy power supply and cable-less
backplane design provide the best performance and reliability for high capacity
storage. The S212X6 is the most versatile SAS/SATA II Disk Expansion system, ideal
for midrange and high capacity storage environments. Futhermore, the S212X6 supports
the choice of SAS (Serial Attached SCSI), and SATA II (Serial ATA) drive configurations
to deliver a system bandwidth of up to 1,200 MB/sec.

S212X6S - 2U 12 Bay 6G SATA / 6G SAS to 6G SAS JBOD Single Controller Rackmount
The S212X6S Series series is a high density 2U rackmount designed
for storage hungry applications, and accommodates up to 48TB of storage space. Supporting
latest SAS 6G technology, S212X6S provide 6G solution for 6G SAS or 6G SATA drives.
By utilizing the latest SAS expander technology, the S212X6S supports up to 12 SAS
or SATA drives using only one mini-SAS cable. A built-in SAS expansion port enables
the system to connect up to 7 units or 84 HDD drives daisy-chained together, up
to 336TB using 4TB hard drives. With a high performance RAID controller card, the
S212X6S is capable of delivering over 1700MB/s in read and 1500MB/s write performance,
doubling the existing 3G SAS expander bandwidth. System status information is provided
by the LED, including hard drives, power supply and cooling fan status. All necessary
hardware comes standard including mini-SAS cable and hard drives tray modules. Build-in
with single controller with dual 6G SAS channel, and can upgrade to redundant controller
in the future. The S212X6S is an ideal storage expansion solution for servers or
high performance video editing workstations. Supported in Windows, MAC and Linux,
including various file system such as ZFS. S212X6S functions as expansion unit of
SR212X6 and SR212F8. With SR212X6 and SR212F8 as a RAID head unit and connect up
to 7 units of S212X6S, it will provide up to 96 bays, or 384TB of storage for 6G
SAS and Fibre Channel 8Gbps hardware RAID storage.
